Vibrant Print Colors
Vinyl printing is fantastic for single-color orders as it can do this proficiently for any order size at a better cost than silkscreen printing. It is great for lettering and especially for vibrant t-shirts with a personalized message like those you might order for a birthday or celebration, as vinyl is low-cost and great for one-off orders. As the design effectively sits on top of the garment, no vibrancy in the color of the design is lost.

FULL COLOR DIGITAL TRANSFERS
No Color Limitations
Full color digital transfers are ideal for logos that have details, gradients or more than 4 colors. They're a great alternative to screen printing and embroidery.

SCREEN PRINTING
Complex Design Printing
The most common form of printing available. Ink is placed in a fine mesh screen in the shape of your design and is squeegeed through the screen onto your t-shirt. Most of the time, your design will be printed in spot colors - that means each color in your design gets printed individually through a separate screen, coming together to make your design when all is said and done.
EMBROIDERY

Direct embroidery is where the design or logo is woven or sewn directly into the material of the garment. The embroidered design essentially becomes part of the material. You might contrast direct embroidery with something like a patch where the logo is embroidered on a piece of material first and then the patch is placed on top of and merely attached to a garment.
DYE SUBLIMATION
Polyester Materials
Dye Sublimation, as a process is really very simple. It is the method of applying an image to specially polyester cloth, using three main ingredients: sublimation ink, heat and pressure. Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time.
